half marathon training Runners World jogging running personalized coaching dhp, short for diaz human performance LLC., is named after its founder Richard Diaz, long time resident of Camarillo in the county of Ventura California. Mr. Diaz has a long history as a professional trainer, coach and clinical diagnostician. Yes, Richard has competed in several endurance events, from 10k to marathons and has also competed in several triathlon events as well. In the early 80's he founded Competitive Sports Ent. which produced professional endurance events from rough ocean swims to ultra marathons. He is also credited with co-producing and directing the first ever professional triathlon for CBS Sports. Mr Diaz also owned and operating health clubs for nearly 15 years. He left all this behind to follow his true passion, exercise science. Known for being one of the true pioneers responsible for bridging the gap between the medical and fitness communities in cardiopulmonary diagnostics; he virtually reestablished the boundaries of what is truly an exercise professional.
