dhp, short for diaz human performance LLC., is named after its founder Richard Diaz, has a long history as a professional trainer, coach and clinical diagnostician. Richard has competed in several events, from 10k to marathons and several triathlons as well. In the early 80's he founded Competitive Sports Ent. which produced professional endurance events and is credited with co-producing and directing the first professional triathlon for CBS Sports. Mr Diaz left all this behind to follow his true passion, exercise science. Known as one of the true pioneers in bridging the gap between the medical and fitness communities in cardiopulmonary diagnostics; he virtually established the boundaries of what is truly an exercise professional.
